INFORMATION

BIG STING 411 

The weekend raises funds for the Shadows Foundation, which provides financial assistance and support services to Flagstaff and surrounding areas in Arizona. Shadows seeks to meet the needs of individuals and their families affected by life threatening disease and illness when they need it most.

GENERAL INFORMATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

There will be On-Site Security and a First Aid Station during hours of the event.  Any after hour emergencies for campers will be handled through Prescott Police Department by calling 9-1-1. Country camping attire is recommended as it does get cold in the evenings.   Make sure you bring flashlights, bug spray, and sunscreen. Flip Flops are not recommended. . When camping in tents, sleep padding is recommended with warm blankets and sleeping attire.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite accessible from our Tix Page. Upon check-in you will receive your weekend OR day pass wristband (must be worn for the entire duration purchased! No replacements will be available, wristband required for festival grounds entry). General Admission tickets grant you access into the Big Sting and are considered lawn seating within the concert arena, BYO blankets and chairs! (please see rules & regulations for more).

CAMPGROUND PASS                                                                  

Campsites includes Thursday, Friday and Saturday night stay with Sunday departure.

​

Thursday arrival is highly recommended and preferred. Field Campsites may have 1 Vehicle + 1 Trailer/RV. Additional vehicles must purchase a parking pass and park in the designated parking lot. Vehicles must remain stationary until campgrounds close Sunday. Permitted Vehicles include: Car, Truck, Van, RV, Trailer, and Motor home (no Hook-Ups, see rules and regulations). Campsites are assigned on a first come first served basis.

 

Please Note: Campsite passes are non-transferable by themselves. All campsites must have one campsite pass.

Additional Weekend Parking will be available in designated parking areas for other campsite attendees at a charge of $5 for the hours the festival is open.

​

AMENITIES

On Site Amenities include: porta potties, showers, food vendors, Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in concert area.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

ID Checks will be in place on festival grounds. You must present valid ID to receive a 21+ wristband each day of the festival. There will be festival bars available in both the GA & VIP areas. BYOB alcohol is permitted on campgrounds ONLY, Drinks will not be allowed within the Concert Arena; 21+ wristband required and will be regulated on campsites as well as in concert area (please see rules and regulations).

FOOD & MERCHANTS

Food, Beverages and Merchant Booths are available in the concert arena!

LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing your tickets you agree to a limited liability waiver. Further information is available upon ticket checkout. Attendees under 18 must have a liability release signed by a parent or legal garden.

COVID 19 INFORMATION

The Big Sting - It's a Country Thing is held at an outdoor venue. While masks are not required at this time, they will be highly recommended and social distancing will be in effect in all of our vendor areas.  We ask If you don’t feel well or show any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
